This could easily be Blizzard messing with the beta dataminers, or some amazing staff thing.

I believe the last one, the shinbone, is actually a reference of "taking an arrow to the knee."

Magic Mushroom can be found in the game. So i presume will the other pieces be. Though the mushroom does NOT appear in every game you create. It spawns somewhere in one of the Cathedral levels.
